A Fluffy, Sweet and Fruity Treat : Fruit Dip Recipe

Since we’re headed into the heat of summer and fruit is as it’s peak, I thought it would be a great time to share my family’s favorite fruit dip recipe.  It is SO easy and will be a perfect compliment to all of your summer fruit fests. 🙂

Here’s what you’ll need:

Jar of Marshmallow Fluff

1 8oz brick of softened Cream Cheese

Orange Zest

Whip all of the ingredients together (I just throw mine together in my Kitchen Aid for quick mixing) and once it’s creamy, chill until you’re ready to serve.  I like to serve mine up in these little ramekins.  It’s fun to put the blueberries in these little berry baskets I have too.  They sell them all over.  I picked these Melanie ones up so the kids can use them, but I also have ceramic ones like these that I love.  I made the dip in the picture with a fun addition…Strawberry marshmallow fluff! 🙂 (that’s why it’s pink)

This fruit dip recipe is perfect for a summer get together, just like our Grapefruit Spritzer recipe and Guacamole! 🙂

Happy entertaining!
