Feeding a crowd with delicious food that is easy and also allows you to enjoy your guests and the game, can sometimes be tricky. Fortunately, with an event like The Big Game, guests are expecting grab-and-go, appetizer type foods that they can help themselves to over a period of several hours. I always try to set a table of easy “sideline snack” type foods that is easy for guests to graze over throughout the game. This 4 ingredient dip recipe is always a hit and SO easy to make! The results of this mixture of cheeses, chili and salsa is a hearty dip with a little kick.
Remember how I said this was easy? Well, I mean like 10 minutes easy! Combine your grated cheese, softened cream cheese, can of chili and salsa in a saucepan over medium heat.
Stir until all the ingredients are combined and melted into smooth and cheesy, irresistible dip.
You can serve this dip in a bowl or, if you prefer for it to stay warm, a small chaffing dish or crock pot works well too!
You will definitely want to pick up some hearty corn chips…whatever is capable of holding the most dip, and let’s face it…this dip is so good you are basically looking for a vehicle to transport as much of that cheesy goodness into your mouth as possible.

Looks so yummy! I might even be willing to call it dinner for the kids if some of the proportions were adjusted. They would love dipping their chips in the sauce, and would probably get more protein in than at a regular dinner!
We may have eaten it for dinner once or twice Leslie…I can’t lie! 😉 It’s just so good! 🙂 That’s a great idea to adjust the proportions to make it a bit healthier! 🙂
Yes, please! Perfect for Superbowl! Thanks for sharing at DIDI.
