What is an Affiliate Link?
Many of my posts contain affiliate links. If you click on an affiliate link and buy something, I may receive a very small commission. An affiliate link in NO WAY results in additional charges to you. It DOES NOT cost you anything extra. When I find a product I love, or create a DIY, recipe, outfit idea etc., I like to share it with you. When I link to the products I used to make the recipe or share the outfit I wore, those are direct links to the products I LOVE and use all the time. Because I am sharing them with you, the stores I link to, may give me a small commission for referring a friend if you decide to make a purchase. Think of it like a Tupperware party. When you make a purchase at a home party, the hostess receives a percentage of everyone's purchases, in credit, as a thank you from the retailer for hosting the party. Since I am directing traffic to the retailers by sharing my love of a particular product, they share a small percentage of the purchase price with me. This commission helps me cover the costs associated with the blog like hosting, domain services, IT services, design and maintenance, programs, etc. Hopefully the time I spend adding the links helps make your life easier too by helping you find the exact products you need. I am VERY careful to only share things that I truly love here on the blog, so you know that if I am linking to it, it comes with my seal of approval. Every mention of an associated products/services/businesses within the content of my blog may or may not be noted as an affiliate in every reference. Thanks so much for your support!
In case you can't tell by all of the posts that I share directing you to Amazon.com , I am a participant in the Amazon Services LLC Associates Program, an affiliate advertising program designed to provide a means for sites to earn advertising fees by advertising and linking to Amazon.com
All advertising in the sidebar and elsewhere on the blog is generated by a third party ad network. Some are paid advertisements, some are affiliate links. This blog does not contain any content which might present a conflict of interest.
I am sometimes compensated to provide opinion on products, services, websites and various other topics. Even though I sometimes receive compensation for posts or advertisements, I only accept sponsored posting jobs that talk about products that I am a fan of. I receive MANY requests each month for sponsored posts, jobs that would pay me, but I turn them down because they are not products I am familiar with or believe in. I always give my honest opinions, findings, beliefs, or experiences on every topic or product I talk about. The views and opinions expressed on this blog are purely my own. Any product claim, statistic, quote or other representation about a product or service should be verified with the manufacturer, provider or party in question.
