Dining Table Round Up for Every Budget

Finding the perfect dining table can be a difficult process.  It is such a major purchase for your home, finding something that is not only functional, but timeless as well, is so important.  A dining table can literally last your entire life…sometimes they are even passed down through the family.  In the home I grew up in, my mom had dining room furniture that had been passed down from my grandmother.  While I didn’t think much of it when I was little, now I love having pieces in my home that have a story attached to them…some history.  When you are looking for the perfect dining room table may I suggest that you spend the most that you are comfortable with on a table.  Build the rest of your room around it.   If you find something that is sturdy and timeless, you can aways change dining chairs and accessories in your room around the table to carry it through the years.  No matter your dining room table budget, or the shape of dining room table you need, here is a dining table round up for every budget to make finding the perfect piece easy.

I have never owned a dining room table before because I’ve never had a dining room before! 😉 Right now home designs are favoring a great room and eliminating a formal dining room, but I love a formal dining room, so when I was looking for a home in UT and designing the remodel, that was a must for me.  We need a rectangular table and have room for it to expand to accommodate 10-12.  Today our table is arriving and I couldn’t be more excited!  I love all of the above tables and they were all contenders for our dining room.  Which one do you think we picked?  I’ll be sharing it soon, I’d love to hear your guesses! 😉 .
