Somehow, whenever I end up going shopping for myself, I end up coming home with bags for my littlest fashionista instead. John likes to call her my very own American Girl Doll. As sad as it is, he’s probably right! I know that my years of getting to choose what she’s wearing are waning, and it’s so much fun to dress her because let’s face it…kids look cute in everything! We went through her closet the other day to clear out summer and get ready for fall, only to find out that almost all of her shoes are too small. Something about that summer sun really made both kids grow like weeds! With cooler weather and rain on the way, I knew she was going to be in need of a good pair of boots…plus, they are the must have accessory for fall, right? I love that they are so versatile. A couple of great pairs of boots in everyone’s closets and you can style just about any outfit. After trying on several pairs, we decided on this great pair of Nine West Black Riding Boots.
Here are a few ideas to style those cute boots, and get maximum use out of them this season before those cute feet grow again!
Holiday dress up events are a breeze when you pair a darling dress with these black boots.
Whether it’s the Pumpkin Patch or Apple picking, these adorable boots paired with jeans and a favorite sweater will keep little toes cozy and protected while walking through the farm, and look cute in the process.
There’s nothing worse than being out Trick or Treating with the kids and having them start complaining a mile from your house that the shoes you bought them to go with their costume are hurting their feet and they need you to carry them home. Solve that problem this year by working their cute fall boots into their costume!
