Happy Housewarming Surprise with FTD

By now it’s probably no secret that with the renovation on the #1987fixerupper we have been feeling a little out of sorts around here since the move.  It’s been especially rough on the kids missing friends and not having a place that feels like a home to rest their heads.  Living in a construction zone is not for the faint of heart! 😉  Ash has been feeling it especially hard this week with the birthday party of one of her best little friends in CA coming up this weekend.  She wants to go so badly, but we just can’t make it work unfortunately.

With her tender little feelings on my mind,  I jumped at the chance to partner with FTD Flowers .  I thought it would be a great pick me up to send a beautiful surprise bouquet to the house to brighten her day and make things feel a little bit more like home.

It was so nice to spend the afternoon eating treats and chatting with a pretty vase of flowers to brighten the “under construction” kitchen.  I have loved having them on my kitchen counter.  It definitely gives me more of a feeling of normalcy to see something pretty when I look around rather than just a construction mess!
