Th weather is heating up, the days are longer and spring has sprung! Welcome to our Spring Home Tour! I love teaming up with Marty from A Stroll Thru Life and participating in her amazing home tours each season. She is such a great hostess and I really enjoy looking at everyone’s tours. It’s a pleasure to have you here. Spring home decor is all about opening up the windows and letting the fresh air and sunshine in…designing a space that feels light and airy. Spring always makes me excited to re-arrange things throughout the house, clear a few things out and freshen it up. This year I decided to add in a few pops of purple and I think I love it! I love my . They give this otherwise formal living room more of a casual feel, which is how we like to roll. 😉 My favorite piece of artwork, from HomeGoods of course, really sets the tone for this room. It is a total statement piece. I am excited to find the perfect place for it in the new house! 🙂

I saw these branches in the floral department at Albertsons and I had to have them. I love the kind ofwild look with the pops of green. They make the whole room feel fresh and springy. And I love the fact that they stay fresh and healthy for much longer than flowers…even more bang for your buck! 😉 I love to put this little picture in different spots in my home. It is one of my absolute favorites. It feels like just yesterday that Ash was that tiny!
I am just in love with all of these purple touches. My faux lavender plants and purple pillows are from HomeGoods. I bought a few extras so I can carry the purple into the family room too.
