Easy Entertaining for Mother’s Day

If you’re looking for an idea for easy entertaining for Mother’s Day…here’s one to throw together that will make it seem like you planned for days. 🙂

The grocery store bakery and Trader Joe’s are my secret weapons whenever I’m throwing together a little party.  Whatever your grocery options in your area, grab an assortment of desserts, a few of mom’s favorite drinks, and some pretty flowers.  Add a pretty tray and some napkins (I found these gorgeous numbers at HomeGoods) and you’re all set!  If you’re looking for some similar entertaining pieces, here’s a blue cake stand I love , and you can always find an incredible floral tray at one of my favorite spots like this one here.  You can see one of my favorite new Blue and White Chinese Urns sneaking in this set-up again (I just can’t get enough!) add one of those to the mix, like one of these beauties (look at that pop of red mixed in!), you have a strikingly beautiful blue set up. (plus, then mom has fun new decor pieces to play with too!)

It looks pretty and comes together with very minimal prep. The pretty details of the tray and flowers go a long way toward helping this look extra special.
