Friday Finds: Great Sale Deals this Weekend

Do you have fun plans this weekend?  We’re headed to the beach for a picnic tonight (yes, it is that warm here right now!  I am praying for some rain soon!) and tomorrow is calling for some serious retail therapy.  I’ve been working on updating my home accessories and bringing in new pieces throughout the house…here’s a sneak peek at the console in the living room which has had NOTHING on it for the last 5 years…oops!  I’ve spent more time at HomeGoods over the last three days than I will admit!  I love this lamp that I found!  Now to get some art in those frames…that will just be another 5 years. 😉

I have had my eye on several things at West Elm and they have some great deals going on this weekend.  Here are a few of my favorites…

These printed baskets are so cute and this weekend they are 40% off.  They are perfect for storing blankets, shoes and toys out of the way and in style!  I just bought a similar one for my living room (you can see it in the above picture) and I am LOVING it!!

I JUST bought this mirror..and now it is 20% off!  I have been coveting it for awhile and finally bit the bullet.  We’ll see how it looks once I get a chance to style it on my dresser. 🙂  There are tons of others on sale a well.  This mid century dowel mirror is on my list too…

These hobnail huricanes and crackle ribbed hurricanes round out my favorites this weekend.  I know they are intended to be used for candles, but the look so pretty holding little jewelry pieces,  used as a planter for a fake plant, or even just as a sculptural piece on a dresser or console.

Don’t miss sales on all dining tables, leather, sofas, chairs, sectionals and rugs too!  Get that house ready for spring! 🙂
