The Flare

I should learn by now to just keep these in my closet.  Every time the flare comes back I find myself wishing I could just pull my favorite pair from 5 years ago out of the back of my closet.  Not only are they comfy and very flattering, they give a little extra room to breathe (over the skinny jean) and they are HIGH waisted!
