It’s almost here…the most wonderful deal day of the year…Black Friday…and it’s only 5 days away!!! I don’t know about you guys, but I like to have a plan of attack when it comes to Black Friday deal week, otherwise I miss out on everything. Seriously. I have found that if I don’t make a list and check it twice…and set alarms ;), I just plain forget to check out with my cart full of deals until it’s too late. So, just in case you are like me, it’s time to get our game plan on! I like to do everything I can to skip the lines and shop Black Friday deals from my couch.
There are some pre-sales happening this week, and one of the best is over at Amazon. Amazon has already kicked off their Lightening Deals and Deal of the Day for Black Friday Deal Week. They are offering thousands of limited-time Lightning Deals for you to choose from, these things expire FAST because they are HUGE discounts. New deals pop up as often as every 5 minutes, so you can be sure to find a great deal. Check this page FREQUENTLY to see all the great deals on popular toys, games electronics and more.
Every year Amazon creates their Holiday Toy List which makes gift giving SO much easier. They group everything by age, by interest category, top 100, parent picks, etc. They also list the toys and games that are part of the Lightening Deals for each day a bit further down the page. Bookmark this page and then check it every morning to see if any of the toys you need for the holidays are part of that day’s deals. That way, if there is something you are looking for you can just set a reminder on your phone so that you don’t miss the deal.
These deals are called lightening deals for a reason…sometimes they sell out in SECONDS, so you want to be right there ready to add the toy to your cart as soon as it goes up then you’ll have a few minutes to think about it before you check out.
If you happen to miss a deal and see the option to “add to waitlist” underneath it, definitely add your name to the list! If someone else decides to drop the item from their cart, you’ll be in line to scoop it up.
