Save or Splurge : Pretty Products with Price Points for Every Budget

The more client projects I take on the more I find myself getting questions from you guys about products that I incorporate into different homes, how much they cost, where to find them, and more importantly…how to get the same look for less. So, I thought it would be fun to try a new series here called save or splurge with some fun products where I share two similar products with different price tags. I’ll mix it up with home and fashion finds that I love. I think it will be super fun and a challenge for me to bring you the best products for the best prices. Sound like a plan?! Let’s get started with this first round. 🙂

Upholstered in navy velvet, both of these armchairs make a great reading spot. The splurge version of this chair has a curvy arm and pretty shape, but choose the almost identical save version and of this cute chair and save $150.

Gold flatware is a must these days and it definitely comes in all different price points. The splurge version of this silverware is one of my favorites, dishwasher safe and beautiful, but if you don’t think you’ll use it that often and want to save a bundle, go for the save version for a set with a similar luxe look.  The price on the splurge version is for one setting, the price on the save is service for 4!

These nightstands are identical! The splurge version is just more expensive. Be sure to check shipping/handling and return policies, but if I was in the market for a set of these cute tables, I’d be going with the  save version for sure at $40 less per table!

Textured pillows are a popular trend for every home right now and here are two beauties that will update any room. Grab the splurge version with it’s pretty silvery blue hues or save with a slightly more gray option.

A good leather tote is a staple in any closet. This gorgeous leather version is stunning, but if you are thinking you’ll want to replace it soon and just want it for one season, this less expensive faux version is just as fun and half the price.
