How is it possible that there are only 17 more days until Thanksgiving?! These last few months of the year are always such a blur. Are you hosting Thanksgiving this year, or in charge of setting the table? Well, good news. You are in the right place for loads of beautiful Thanksgiving table setting ideas. I am so excited to be hosting this blog tour. I love that you can jump from blog to blog easily and get tons of inspiration all in one spot. This week you can see 19 different beautiful Thanksgiving table setting ideas that will hopefully help make Thanksgiving a little less stressful and more fun! If you are joining me from Two Twenty One, welcome! I just love the cute little pumpkin place settings Chelsea came up with…and how about that crocheted runner? LOVE! This year I kept my table simple and natural. I am decorating for the fist time this Thanksgiving and I love the pretty natural wood so I wanted to keep the decor natural too.
I’ll be the first to admit that I am not a huge fan of faux florals…but I’ve also learned that living in this VERY different and seasonal climate that sometimes it is just super expensive to have fresh arrangements all the time. I can work with greens though…and when I find some pretty, faux arrangements, I jump on them! 🙂 I picked up these pumpkin and greens faux arrangements at HomeGoods and I knew I could work them in to something with some fresh greens to tie them in.
The faux pumpkins are really good looking and the pinecones are real, so these arrangements were the perfect find.
I loved the green with the white pumpkins and decided to run with it and use that as my color scheme. I picked up these napkins and some votives to add some pretty light to the table. I love these votive holders…they would look SO pretty with all the fresh greens! If you are ever in need of solid colored napkins, check out just how many colors World Market has. It’s amazing! They are definitely a go-to for me when I have a table to decorate.
I made the arrangement for the centerpiece again out of some fresh greens and this awesome distressed container I have had for a bit from HomeGoods. It’s not waterproof, but I did a little tutorial here on how to turn a non-waterproof container into a vase, as well as how to prep your greens for an arrangement and get the most life out of them.
I found these pretty napkin rings that spell out blessed. I knew I wanted to use them…but I also wanted to use my napkins in lieu of a placemat as color under the plates, so I opted to create these mini bouquets on each plate with the napkin ring wrapped around the base. I love the way it turned out! I debated about getting these napkin rings too because I LOVE them. But when I decided to go with gold I opted for the HomeGoods rings.
I have wanted gold silverware for a LONG time…but I couldn’t bring myself to spend a fortune on this set that I am in love with, so I opted for this super affordable set. It is going to be an heirloom? No. But it will last long enough for me to get this gold phase out of my system. 😉 . Can you see my new rug peeking through? I love it in this space!
Considering last year we were sitting on folding chairs at a folding table and cooking in a kitchen that wasn’t finished yet, I think this year’s table will be a huge upgrade. 😉 I just got my new chairs too, so we’re all set!
