I am always on the hunt for fast and delicious appetizers. Little bites that I can pop in the oven and have made in minutes for guests. These Blue Cheese and Honey appetizers are about as easy as it gets and are always a hit (for people who like Blue Cheese ;)) You can make them with Gorgonzola too, if you prefer.
Here’s what you’ll need:
A baguette
Honey
Blue Cheese or Gogonzola crumbles
Slice your baguette into pieces that are about 1/2 an inch thick. Top with a few cheese crumbles and then drizzle with honey. Pop them in the oven at 350 degrees for about 6 minutes. You can drizzle with a bit more honey when they come out of the oven. Plate and enjoy!
